All returns must be in perfect condition and complete with their original tags still attached. We are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds on items that have been worn, marked or damaged or that are not in their undamaged original packaging. Returns are only accepted by us on conditions as below:
- Wrong color or size sent. Item not according to purchased color or size.
- Wrong SKU sent. Item not according to purchased model or brand.
- The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery.

- Pack the item(s) securely in the original package if possible or use a box that will not damage, fold or bend the items.
- Please do not return item(s) in envelopes.
